Refund Policy
Refunds will not be processed in the following circumstances:
⦁ When a client opts for a promotional or discounted package.
⦁ After approval of the first design draft.
⦁ If adjustments or revisions have already been requested.
⦁ For any project flagged as priority or urgent.
⦁ If the cancellation reason is unrelated to our work.
⦁ In cases where a client remains unresponsive or unreachable for two weeks or longer.
⦁ If company policies or service terms are violated.
⦁ When another vendor or designer is hired for the same job.
⦁ If the initial creative brief provided is incomplete or lacking essential details.
⦁ For full redesigns or major reworks of the original design.
⦁ If the refund request is made after the refund window has expired.
⦁ In instances where the business undergoes closure, rebranding, or name changes.
⦁ Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as “change of mind,” disagreements with partners, or unrelated personal reasons.
